A. To secure your booking online at Laganview Golf Centre Ltd, we will ask for your credit or debit card details to complete the purchase and a “booking confirmation email” will be created and sent to you. Full payment will be debited, and your account statement will identify the transaction as “Laganview golf Centre Ltd”. This payment gateway is provided by DOJO which is an SSL secure gateway.
B. You can only book our activities if you are at least 18 years old, although you can secure the booking on behalf of minors.
C. We do not store any payment processing details; however, our payment partners may retain your details and answer payment related queries.
2. Booking Fees
1. Unless stated otherwise, payments for Bookings must be made in advance by an accepted credit or debit card through the Website (some credit or debit cards may not be accepted such as American Express)
2. Any discounts will be applied to the final checkout price
3. Prices for bookings will be as quoted on the Website. These prices include any applicable VAT (which will be added to the total amount due where applicable).
3. Use of Facilities
You (including all individuals included within your Booking) are responsible for:
1 .Ensuring your information is correct and up to date at the time of making the Booking;

3. Arrive 10 minutes before your allocated Booking (if you are running late please contact the Venue as soon as possible. Please note, Bookings are subject to availability and there is no guarantee that the Venue will be able to accommodate a new booking if you miss your original time);

4. Alterations to your booking
1. If you wish to change your booking at any time after payment has been received, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate your request to change your booking but this will be subject to the discretion of our team and they require at least 24 hours to do so. We do not make any guarantees that alterations will be accommodated.
2. The cancellation rights contained in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply to the sale of Bookings via the Website.
5. Refunds
1. You would be eligible for a refund if you are able to provide us with 48 hours notice prior to date of booking by contacting our team. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds and are not legally obliged to do so. You will not be entitled to a receive a refund in the following circumstances:
2. If you change your mind after your booking
3. If you have missed your allocated time slot and we are unable to hold your slot or amend your booking
4. If we are unable to make changes to your booking as requested by you in accordance with section above, or the consequences of making such changes are unacceptable to you
5. If you decide to leave the facility before your game has finished
